Religious Lawsuit

Description

You know a lot of my comics and cartoons may seem anti-religious (and to a degree they are), but it is not really my intention to bash on any particular religion or its followers. My purpose with comics like this is to divulge tidbits of truth that have long been covered over by years of commercialism and falsehood, but also to teach a valuable lesson about humility to those members of certain religious faiths who are a little too boisterous with their faith.

A big part of why I seem to pick on Christianity so much is that out of all the different religions of the world, Christians have long proven to be the most obnoxious when it comes to their religion. Granted, I'm not talking about all Christians, for some very good friends of mine are Christians, and a major reason why they're my friends is because they don't try and cram their religion down my throat. However there are uncouth, unsavory members of the Christian faith who give the rest a bad name. They are the ones who aren't content with practicing their religion and leaving other people in peace to believe whatever they may or may not. They are the ones who have to get all up in everyone's face and demand special treatment, attention, and rights because they are delusional enough to think their religion is somehow more correct than everyone else. Me being a trickster and heckler by nature, it is in my psychological programming to troll and poke fun at things and people that stir such mischievous passion within me, and when people go about with such arrogance parading their faith around as if it's all the shit that's just like turning on neon signs for me saying, "Willing Victim".

Simply put, if you find my "anti-religious" cartoons offense, you might want to re-evaluate your values and perspective on life, because one of the main points I try to get across (in my own devious fashion) is that if you truly believe in your faith then it shouldn't matter whether or not I make fun of it or how badly I mock it, for if something is truly sacred to you then it should remain sacred regardless of what anyone does to defame it. My other message is that if you don't want people mocking your religion or beliefs, you probably shouldn't be so loose and obnoxious with it. Part of the reason why I don't pick on other faiths as much as Christianity is that the other religions tend to be more reserved (except for Islam and Scientology; which I will get around to making fun of later). Religious people need to remember that their beliefs are just that, THEIR BELIEFS, and those beliefs are often based on myths, fairytales, and inaccurate historical accounts of which their is little irrefutable data to confirm the validity of, and since this is the standard for most all religions, no one's religion is more correct than any other, no one has the right to shove their religion in anybody's face based on their assumptions and preferences, and everyone needs to shut the fuck up, believe what they will, and leave other people the fuck alone. Each to their own. Let people believe whatever they want to believe, and let that be the end of it.

I'll quit picking on people's overzealous religious beliefs when the religious zealots of the world quit giving me ammunition to work with. When you go around trying to push your religion on other people THIS is the kind of thing you can expect to see...also stop being so damn serious. Ain't nothing so sacred that it cannot be mocked, and if you think it is, I'll make it my business to prove you otherwise. :evillaugh:

Do you do much on Muslims? Not to say you shouldn't do things on Christianity, but if you haven't done anything about Muslims, I'd like to see what you come up with.
